Message from the Dean: I am pleased and proud to introduce you to our six departments: Art, Communication, English, History and Philosophy, Modern Languages and Literature, and Music. We present a wide number and range of programs to promote the arts, humanities and the exchange of ideas. The goals of the College of Arts and Humanities are based upon the recognition that a liberal arts education is the foundation for all university studies. Take note of the Festival of International Books and Arts (FESTIBA) in March, which will include a book fair and special events highlighting all the departments in our college, including concerts, lectures, exhibits, dance, a mariachi competition, and much more.
